Half Marathon Training

To you my readers who don't know I started training for a 3rd half marathon in my running career. I am trying for a least a 1:20 This month it has been tough getting mileage up to goal mileage right around 40 miles a week. I started off this week feeling great, then switch shoes Tues to my Hoka Clifton 8 for A 8miles run. My ankle just progressively got sore after about the 6th miles had to stop and stretch and then next day had a tempo of course switch shoes to Saucony speed 3 one of my favorite shoes of the year for speed workout had a pretty rough session overall my ankle didn't really give any issues until I got home was started limping so I iced and soak in Epsom salt and took off today it still a little sore but getting better hopefully I can get back at it by sat. if it is feeling ok. I will be doing miles tomorrow; I will soon let you see the inside of works and post some of workouts love you all Look upward and keep moving forward.
